Prices and information
You can choose to pay in Euro or SEK. In the event of any price changes, the price that is relevant when ordering applies. To shop at Powerlite Webshop, you must be 18 years old.
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided when ordering. The order number of this confirmation must always be stated when contacting us regarding your order.

We use Klarna Checkout as payment solutions.
Shipping cost
Orders over SEK 500 delivered within Sweden are free of charge to you as a private person. For orders under SEK 500, shipping is SEK 39 within Sweden. You see the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. When it comes to international shipping within EU you see the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. Free international shipping within EU on orders over SEK 1000/100 Euro. For orders under SEK 1000/100 Euro shipping cost is 129SEK/12,9 Euro. Freight cost to private persons in Norway is 250SEK/250Euro.
Delivery time and delivery delays
Items that are in stock are normally sent within 1-3 working days after we have received your order. Delivery time depends on whether it is within Sweden or abroad.
In cases where an item must be ordered from a supplier, the delivery time may be slightly longer. Then we will inform you about the estimated delivery time. Sometimes delivery delays occur outside our control. It can e.g. occur when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay.
Uncollected goods and late payment
We reserve the right to charge SEK 300 including VAT for uncollected goods to cover shipping costs and administration. Payment must be made within 10 days from the invoice date.
If you do not pay your invoice on time, we will send out a reminder. If you still do not pay, you will be blocked in our customer register. The case may be sent to Debt Collection for collection. When we send a reminder, a reminder fee is charged in accordance with SFS 1981: 739 of SEK 50. Delayed payments are charged default interest in accordance with section 6 of the Swedish Interest Act with a discount of + 8%.
Complaint
We check all goods before delivery, but if the product should be broken or damaged, contact us no later than 7 days after delivery. A detailed description must be sent to Powerlite AB. Do not forget to leave your name, telephone number and order number. Email the information to info@powerlite.com
Right of withdrawal / Open purchase / Right of exchange
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase or change your item within a period of 14 days after you have received your package. Always contact us before returning your item and indicate which item it is. The buyer is responsible for the shipping, return shipping in the event of a canceled purchase or exchange and the product must be unused and be in the same condition as the product did at delivery. This also applies to the product's labels, packaging and bags etc.

What personal information do we collect about you and why?
In order for us to be able to handle and complete orders and for you to be able to handle and follow up on your purchases (own account with login), we collect the following information:
Name, social security number, contact details (eg address, e-mail and telephone number),
payment history, payment information, purchase information (eg which item has been ordered), user information for the account (in cases where you have chosen to create one).
Personal data assistants
In some situations, it is necessary for us to engage other parties. For example, for payment, accounting, transport, various IT suppliers, etc. They are then personal data assistants to us. When buying in our webshop, Klarna check out is used as standard, Klarna therefore processes your personal data as the person responsible for personal data. Personal data is processed, among other things, for the fulfillment of the agreement, as well as for carrying out identification and credit checks via external and internal databases. How long do we store your personal information?
